I've been a fan of Taryn Taylor's works since the beginning, but this is my first review for any of her stuff. I was so excited to see that she was going to release a new series in the fantasy genre. Lesbians and fantasy? SIGN ME UP. This didn't disappoint. Although Mercy's feelings about life hit a little too close to home at some parts for me (a sign of great characterization which is important in my entertainment because I don't want to read about cardboard), the story was wonderful and the sexy scenes were titillating as well. The summary had a lot of potential and the actual story, in my humble opinion, lived up to that potential. Please don't hesitate to pick up this book!Product details

It's a short. It was o.k. but leads reader to believe more to come, as if regular book and cuts off with not really good ending.
This is a different kind of story that is different to what I have read. But it is a really great book. I enjoyed it. I cannot wait to read the new seven ebooks. Its like watching a movie in my head.
